They have filed the claim wrong twice now i am on the hook for $2350. It’s funny, the doctor had no trouble getting the claim paid. Just the stupid imaging center. I will tell everyone to avoid this place.
We were emailed forms to have filled out before we came. We arrived 10 minutes early and turned in the completed paperwork. An hour after our scheduled appointment time, we were still waiting in the lobby. When we asked when we might be called back for our appointment, they didn’t know.
They take great care of their patients and provide lots of helpful information to get you prepared for the procedure and afterwards. Will only go here!

It was obvious that the staff enjoyed working with each other and enjoyed their job. Dr.Brown was friendly and a good listener. While a dreaded procedure EIC made it a good experience.
