Efficient and high volume but effective.
The facility was okay, waiting room was set up for COVID19 that 2 procedures are done and I don’t know how many Dr’s use the facility. Even the back room where you are preparing for your procedure is full and the second time I went I had to wait for a operation room, or a OR room.
The whole procedure was well organized, well documented and promptly executed. Except for the preparation, it was one of the smoothest procedures I’ve experienced.
It was very long. Once you got called back, it was wall to wall patients, you could hear everything the other patients were saying. I waited over two hours before going back for the procedure. No one told me what they found after the procedure.

Fantastically Run facility! Everyone is very friendly and professional, from the intake person at the door, to all of the medical staff. When they say you’ll be there two hours they mean it. When it’s time for my next colonoscopy I will definitely go back.
