Avoid this place please unless you want to be hundreds of dollars in debt to them without even knowing!!! They’re crooks!
This billing department should be charged for fraud they tell me we take your insurance the insurance pays and I end up with a deductible 3 times more that what insurance pays when I call them they tell me we were not aware of the deductible
Absolute crooks. All they want to do is shove the tube up your nose to rip.off the insurance company. Rosenburg “treated” my wife. Put the tube up her nose barely but her nose was inflamed and it wouldn’t go up there. He knew that, but wanted his $$$. Doesnt have patients’ best interest in mind. I will contact CIGNA to report this.
I wish I had read the reviews! I received a notice from a debt collector for the copay THAT I PAID. Even if I had not paid it, not one call or letter was sent reminding me to pay this prior to debt collection. During a pandemic at that. Unbelievable. Beware!
Terrible. Charged a grand for a allergy test AFTER insurance, and billing department love to play phone tag. Truly a joke of a company that takes advantage of their patients. And during COVID, so I can’t imagine how many people who are now hundreds of dollars in debt on top of being unemployed. Sick
