WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They don’t even answer the phone at corporate. Get ready to get swindled if you deal with them, Thousand Trails or Encore resorts.

Tried to rent a mobile home in Sedona Shadows Arizona, Property Manager was caustic with a take or leave it attitude. Her reputation in the community was unfavorable and found out she is the trainer ELS property managers. Shocking.
