Great company. I have lived in two Equity apartment communities and they were friendly, clean, and well managed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good apartment.
They gave false and misleading information to me when I moved out, which resulted in huge fees. When I contacted the office with questions, they wouldn’t respond. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Do not give this unethical company your money.

I haven’t lived at center club for a couple years. Paid off everything, account was closed on my credit Karma but today I see I have a new balance due of $700 from center club with no explanation so it made my credit go down a lot! There is no reason why they should be charging me randomly 2 years later
