Never answer the phone at any location, set up auto payments they never took it out this is month 2 and it’s still the same problem and can NEVER get ahold of anyone
Worst place to get your taxes done the person will auto fill information that is not yours . And when you call they can not help you . They tell you it’s not their problem . Your better off doing them yourself or going to someone who knows what their doing

I have been banking here for several years, but today I had a notable experience. I was able to refinance my car loan from another bank at a better interest rate and a quicker repayment time for an amazing monthly payment. I am very grateful as my former lender had made far too many errors for my comfort.
It’s a Credit Union. That’s the only good. Their mobile app it horrible. Their “mobile deposit” has more hoops than the circus. A feature that is just available to people using other banks is hidden away and has to be “activated” on the mobile app. Tedious and frustrating.
Do not trust this bank! I have been with them for 16 years, have had numerous loans and accounts through them over 16 years. Never once missed a payment until the last year. Twice in the last year they have unexplainably taken my loan off …
The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. The worst customer friendly policies and procedures. My current bank Navy Federal isn’t even in the area and have never had one problem whatsoever. I will never do any business with them in the future in any way shape or form.
Worst place I ever dealt with! They shut my card off when we were asking about fraud on our account. It was hit on my wife’s card! Then now we have to shut ther card off! Not to mention I’m halfway across the United States with no bank …
