Been 4 days trying to get my router/WFi box replaced. Service tech called to make an appointment, but never showed up. Tried calling, on recording for nearly an hour. No help.
I constantly have to deal with helping people with their internet and when they have Etex it’s just a nightmare. I can’t edit their networks to make them safer and I can’t download anything and expect it to finish before the end of the decade.
The rates for the TV service I find to be prohibitively high. They have high speed internet service which is high priced as well. The service staff in all cases have always been helpful, pleased to help and polite.

Most of the employees are nice. The tech support personnel are very knowledgeable and nice. The internet is limited to DSL and limited to just a few items use at a time, but it’s better than nothing. Only other option is satelite which is extremely expensive.
