Very dissatisfied.
It’s absolutely ridiculous that you dial the number to report an outage and then the number goes absolutely no where.
Need better emergency set up for people to call in got the same number kept coming to a voice mail and the 5th time I called finally got the emergency center which has the same number this is NOT a good system.

Way to expensive. Bills are always extremely high. The ladies who work in the office are very nice and friendly. But the servicemen who come out to check the meter or shut off the power are awfully rude or at least where when I death with them.
