They refuse to send a bill to my insurance company. I’ve been on the phone with several different people and they all refuse .I guess they don’t want to get paid!!!!!

Side entrance smells like weed! Staff is very old. This is a tiny town hospital – if you want a big town hospital go to a big town…like Fayetteville!

I went there while on vacation to fill a prescription after hours so I wouldn’t to stay in Eureka Springs another day until the pharmacy opened. The hospital nurse said ‘sure, no problem’ during check in, but after check in they said it was not possible. So they charged me to do nothing.

Went to ER in November. Seen immediately. Drew (nurse), Cassie(tech), and Dr. Bourton all attended to my medical needs. Had kidney stones in both ureters. OOCH! Unable to tolerate strong pain medications. They listened and provided the level of pain relief needed. Thank you to a terrific hospital.

Went in in intense pain. Without even offering me a pillow an IV- NO labs or even a temperature check, Dr. Rayburn said it was just anxiety and sent me home. He is an incompetent “Doctor” and I’m extremely upset I had to leave an ER right next to my house and drive 30 minutes to another to get proper care.
