Eureka Springs Hospital Reviews ( 21 )

  1. After two ER visits at other hospitals and a visit to an urgent care clinic this ER and doctor was the first to figure out a problem with my foot, a bone infection.

  2. I received the best care at Eureka Springs Hospital, They even sat with me until my husband got there. The doctor was very compassionate and the nurse Lorissa was helping me with my problem. I recommend this hospital to everyone… Great customer service

  3. I wouldn’t go there for a splinter. Never have an accurate diagnosis, always rude, and frankly this hospital shouldn’t even be open. Cousin had intense abdominal pain and they said it was a virus. Next day, they had to remove his gallbladder at Washington regional. Doesn’t even deserve a one star

  4. This is called a hospital it is a joke, they asked me to bring in my granfathers medications from home eliquis a blood thinner what a joke dont they have a pharmacy? Go to mercy rogers if you can make it. Dr.daidone is a pain dr who lost …

  5. My husband was injured during a fall on some stairs down town and broke his back. The emergency room staff was disrespectful, rude, and unsafe. They were rough with his back even after he’s X-rays and he was diagnosed with a L1 fracture. …

  6. I went there while on vacation to fill a prescription after hours so I wouldn’t to stay in Eureka Springs another day until the pharmacy opened. The hospital nurse said ‘sure, no problem’ during check in, but after check in they said it was not possible. So they charged me to do nothing.

  7. The staffing nurses were sweet to my 92year old aunt ,but Catherine Pappas is a lying woman who claims accomplishments that are not hers she lies, gives bad advice, and does no know proper procedures I Medicare situations .she had me running …

  8. ES HOSPITAL SAVED MY MOM’S LIFE
My mother arrived at the ES Hospital with one foot in the grave. She was unconscious and her life was fading away fast. She had seconds left when ER Dr. …

  9. Dr. Parkhurst is a wonderful person! In my emergency he calmed me down and was gentle with my stitches. I am so thankful to the nurses and the EMT’s for taking care of me. Thank YOU Dr. Parkhurst for being amazing! Please don’t ever lose your wonderful bedside manner! I’m proud to say you are from my town of Longview Tx!

  10. Went to ER in November. Seen immediately. Drew (nurse), Cassie(tech), and Dr. Bourton all attended to my medical needs. Had kidney stones in both ureters. OOCH! Unable to tolerate strong pain medications. They listened and provided the level of pain relief needed. Thank you to a terrific hospital.

  11. I had a stroke Thanksgiving Day while visiting the Crescent Hotel & was taken to this little hospital. They were all friendly & professional but I feel certain if it hadn’t been for “Nurse Amanda” I wouldn’t be here today. I was in Afib & …

  12. Thank you to Dr. Borton and Nurse Charlotte for the wonderful care I received today. I was visiting from out of town and needed medical care. From the moment I stepped in, to checking out, I received professional, courteous service from all the staff!!

  13. Went in in intense pain. Without even offering me a pillow an IV- NO labs or even a temperature check, Dr. Rayburn said it was just anxiety and sent me home. He is an incompetent “Doctor” and I’m extremely upset I had to leave an ER right next to my house and drive 30 minutes to another to get proper care.
