Worst customer service ever you can’t get a human u have to leave your number to have them call back 6 hours later very rude when they do then they tell u to call back the next day because it’s after 3
The wait time when you call is completely ridiculous. I was on hold for over a half an hour before I spoke to someone. Then was put on hold for another half hour. Unacceptable.

How is it ethically plausible to charge a choice-less fee that has tripled and the only option offered is a payment plan?
