Does not answer the phone when you call!! Called for over two hours and they kept picking up and immediately hanging up or put it on hold immediately. I needed an antibiotic sent to a different pharmacy and was not able to get anyone on the phone to send it over.
I think this place is truly terrible. They kept me waiting for over 2 hours in the parking lot on a call to go in to be seen. Completely unacceptable and definitely makes people neglect their health when they’re kept waiting for ours. My recommendation is to choose a different urgent care.
