The people are very friendly and helpful. But when I went to go set up a payment plan they told me that I had to have my $1000.00 bill payed off in 6 months. Even though I have an hsa account to pay for my doctor bills, they still would not work with me.
They were very friendly and helpful. I’m in a weird situation with insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. The staff was very helpful in setting me up in a coarse that I can do to heal from my surgery, but also afford!

I enjoyed working with Jessica, she is helpful, encouraging, and cheerful. She listened to my changing symptoms and adjusted with exercises that more precisely attacked the pain. She also provided me with stretches to keep working at home to improve strength between appointments.
I love going to ATI Holland on Lakewood! Bill is the best, he genuinely cares and listens to what I need. I had 2 ankle surgeries this year, but am on my way to my new normal with him. Even though I’m in pain from the surgeries, I’m still excited to go there every time. Highly recommend!
