This office denied me medical care due to my having one symptom of Covid (fever). My other symptoms pointed to a more serious issue that had nothing to do with Covid and that could produce a fever. It’s sad when a person can be denied health care when they are in pain and have a true medical issue.
The entire office staff was helpful and friendly. They were even able to fill my prescription on site!! Means a lot when you are hundreds of miles from home on vacation.

The longest wait EVER!!!! There is NOTHING urgent about this place. When checking in, I was told that it would be a 45 minute wait. It has now been 75 minutes, and I’m still waiting. I am still waiting because my employer only accepts the results from this place. Otherwise, I would have left a looooong time ago. It is ridiculous!!

This office denied me medical care due to my having one symptom of Covid (fever). My other symptoms pointed to a more serious issue that had nothing to do with Covid and that could produce a fever. It’s sad when a person can be denied health care when they are in pain and have a true medical issue.
The entire office staff was helpful and friendly. They were even able to fill my prescription on site!! Means a lot when you are hundreds of miles from home on vacation.

I felt well taken care of at this place despite the fact that it was busy and I did have a bit of a wait. I came in with a badly sprained ankle and they gave me a full X ray of the foot just to make sure it wasn’t broken. I found everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful.
