Long wait times, my appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and I wasn’t seen until 11:10. That’s my last time going there, staff is not too friendly either.

I forgot the time of my appointment and was late, but they still worked with me. They were extremely professional and gave me a thorough exam that caught an eye condition that I have that has been missed before. They quite literally saved me from going blind. The level of care and thoroughness my daughter received from Eye Associates of West Jefferson was A+. Dr. Guarnieri takes his time to explain the findings of the eye exam. The only downfall when visiting this office is the wait time. It’s a bit longer than an average doctor’s visit.
I usually see the doctor in LaPlace but the office there was ruined by hurricane Ida. I was told he was seeing patients at Eye Associates West Jefferson in Morrero so I went there and I am very happy. It’s just the travel there and back.

Dr Zhang at Eye Associates West Jefferson is an excellent doctor. She did my cataract surgery on both of my eyes and I now can see much better than before my surgery! The only complaint I have is about a Black nurse that screams so loud that you can hear her in another state if you were there. Dr Zhang is one of the best glaucoma specialists in the nation.
