My experience with Eye Care Center has always been excellent. I have always been seen in a timely manner by very knowledgeable and congenial professionals. Their selection of frames is exceptional and competitively priced.
I bought 2 pair of glasses & had a set of prescription lenses for motorcycle sunglasses last year. Out of the 3 pair of glasses I can only wear 1 pair! I spent $600 out of my pocket not counting what my insurance covered!!! After multiple trips back to correct the lenses I finally had enough & gave up!
They are horrible, over 300$ out of pocket expenses. 3 “required charged office visits” including one of which was a follow up to correct a mistake they made submitting a prescription. All this ending in a reference to another doctor. Dont waste your time and money.
Okay I have waited three months fortgenommenem to tell me that the frame I ordered is discontinued and that I would need to come in to pick out new ones! Funny how they could not tell me that the several times I called and asked about them before! Never will I deal with them again
