  12. This is the most unfriendly business I have ever used. When you walk in, you’re on your own. Nobody speaks to you. Nobody asks if they can help you. You have to assert yourself to get anybody’s attention. Like a bunch of robots. Slower, maybe zombies…I have no intentions of ever going back.
