Everything was great, except the actual botox injection. It was put in a sensitive area of my eye lid and caused it to blacken as if I had a black eye. I’m not blaming the doctor because I know there is a chance for that to happen. Other than that, this is a great place to go for your eye care.

The only problem I encountered was it took 4 tries to reach the check-in desk. The first time I was on hold for 15 minutes. Hurry up and wait. I’m kind of shocked people administer eye drops with bare hands. Is that normal? Dr is very skilled for the short time you see him. Staff rarely explains anything. I guess this is how specialist medicine is.
It was very painful. I never was numb in my eye. I heard someone say they were giving me something to relax me that didn’t at the same time the eye drops to numb my eye went in. The Dr cut immediately and it was very painful. I’m debating on having my other eye done.

Dr. Ludwig is amazing I have had three eye surgeries within 60 days and she has corrected my strabismus to almost perfect when it was 50+ in both eyes! The staff is always kind and very attentive in both the Eye Center and surgery center!
