  135. total mismanagement of the optical department on Evans AVE. 3 weeks to receive glasses. Way understaffed. Each time I called it was on hold for 15 minutes and would then get cut off. I called them and it is a call center. Apparently, optical staff is too busy to even answer internal transfers. Needs new management for sure.
