  1. I will sum my experience up in 3 words……Very rude staff. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. My elderly mother did not deserve to get treated the way she did!!!!! A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

  2. I worked with Debbie on the Contacts and Lens side over the phone about my contacts. She is amazing and went above and beyond to help me. Best customer service.

  3. Truly the kindest staff I’ve ever experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are well cared for. Highly recommend this clinic and everyone that works there!

  5. The only place that I know,that can take hours to get one shot in the eye , And almost every time. Hope I can find else where to take my mother. No reason to make people wait like they do

  6. Wait time is horrible. Came in for a post-op check with my mother and we waited 20 minutes past appointment time to be seen for the tech and then another 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Ridiculious. Many patients in the waiting room with similar wait times. Very poor customer service.

  7. Very impressed with the care given by Dr. Luis Galang. He tried various solutions to my problems before scheduling surgery as a last resort. Would definitely recommend the Eye Clinic of Wisconsin.

  8. Don’t over-schedule if it means your customers won’t be seen on time. If you expect me to adjust my schedule to be on time, make sure you’re also professional enough to be on time.

  9. Slow slow slow. Appointment always run late-like an hour. Once in a room you are put in waiting room. Then wait. Then put in another room. Then wait. Then see the doctor then wait. The entire time spent with me was 15 minutes but total time at visit was 1.5 hours. Very slow and no one will tell you why you are waiting.

  36. I will never get glasses here again. In addition to waiting ridiculous amounts of time to have glasses adjusted, while watching employees sitting around and chatting, they are not able to adjust my glasses to fit. I have never had trouble with glasses anywhere else, but after three adjustments, my glasses still don’t fit correctly.

  37. Highly do not recommend. $400+ for a ROUTINE EYE EXAM. I cannot say enough. Do not recommend at all. Seriously $400+ for a routine eye exam just crazy. Nuts. I’m not sure how people go here at all.

  38. The doctor we saw was very helpful and knowledgeable. The main problem with this place is the exorbitant prices that come with low vision aids that one purchases. A plastic tinted pair of sunglasses cost nearly $200. A flimsy plastic magnifying glass cost $85. Exploitative, shameful.

  39. Dr. Galang did my eyelids. I am very pleased with the results. Please be advised you must follow the after care instructions you are given, in my opinion, to get good results and a shorter healing time. Also the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.
