Dr. Eriksson is a great diagnostician and genuine & compassionate human being, and his staff is wonderful & helpful.
The receptionist was ok but Lori and the office manager I believe his name is Brian from the Essex branch treated my wife bad, they charged her an extra $30 when it was there mistake, my family will never return they lost out!
Its a large practice, so you don’t get the same treatment you would at a smaller place. The front desk staff doesn’t smile much.
