Terrible experience. Hostile environment from the moment you enter. Ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I can always understand when places are running behind but the lack of communication and consideration around that reality had me eager to leave. Genuinely horrible vibe in there.

The negative reviews make no sense. I’ve had a wonderful experience on both occasions. The location is great, the staff are all friendly and extremely professional and the experience is seamless and enjoyable!
Do not get the anti-reflective coating. It does not last and clouds the lens which impairs your vision. They verified this, but did not stand by their product – meaning they did nothing to address it.
Everything was GREAT from the time I walked in to the the follow up appointments. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and helpful. Love it b/c they are so quick and have you in and out.
