While there has been many who have commented on your companies performance I’m sure they haven’t worked in the disposal industry. After being involved in six curbside collection contracts I can say that in Fall River your employees are performing to a high standard of what is expected of the trash men.

The first time I called the woman I spoke to was so incredibly rude and my item was never picked up. The second time I called I had a much nicer woman but the item was still never picked up. It took me three calls to finally have the item picked up, one of which I was treated so poorly. Will not be using this company again.
