The billing department is terrible and rude. Don’t go here unless you want to have to interact with people that don’t want to do their job and do simple math.

Stay away!!!! Terrible service. On top of that, they have a policy of NOT informing patients about the expected cost of the procedure!!!! You come they do NOT tell you how much it will cost, and then you receive a bill with an outrageous amount to pay.
Habitually over bill and then when you show them that your insurance has paid a bill refuse to refund your money. Do not use them under any circumstance.
Fairfax Radiology has the best consultants. The staff was very courteous especially Dr. Kara Beckner and Dr. Donald Cerva. They not only take very good care of individual patient needs but also their safety, since too much radiation could be fatal.
Completely awful practice. Dealt with the most incompetent billing staff that will not help you aside from talking in double speak and charging you incorrectly. Do not go here.
