You can’t get your balance online. Anything else you need to know? If you’re wondering how a company in this day and age could fail this badly, it actually makes a lot of sense once you work with them.

Configured for recurring payments… Next quarter rolls around, and it doesn’t auto-debit, then they charge a late-fee.. and their website didn’t have any of my bank account I had configured from our first quarter.

I called to report a leaking fire hydrant. I described the location with major landmarks, including a Fairfax Water water tower, and the operator kept asking me for an address. “I can not call it up without an address.” She did take down the information, and said she would pass it along.

Trying to pay a bill online is so frustrating. I had to add all of my information and validate it, but it pulled up the incorrect bank and it won’t allow you to change the bank name yourself.
