I have been a patient of Dr. Fisher form the past 15 years. This office has alway treated me with respect and dignity. When I’m sick they always have seen me on the day I call either Dr. Fisher or Dr.Rich, or one of the practitioners. Thank you for all you do!❤️
I had a great overall experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they refer me to a greater surgeon but my physical went off without a hitch. This is now my primary care doctor office.
One word: Horrible. Add to it: Dismissive, insulting and unprofessional. Take Rheumatology off their website. They missed a textbook signal and caused me additional “sleepless nights and tears of agony.” Ive since lost part of my finger to …
The one word to sum up how I feel about this group is DISAPPOINTED. My son was a patient of Dr. Spano. He left for college, he didn’t have any illness, and seeing the doctor wasn’t an option due to a 4-hour trip home. He has since …
The doctors are great but the attitude you have to deal with from the front office is enough to make you choose another practice. I was referred here by a friend and her sister that switched because of the way the receptionists/medical …
Love Dr. Rich, but the office staff is horrendous. Rude, does not return calls (even for urgent issues), nearly ran me out of medication I need to live 3 times in a row, and every time you call within “office hours” the switchboard is …
The receptionist for this office is absolutely the worst. She is rude, abrasive, and has no business answering the phone anywhere let alone working in a Doctors office. I enjoyed having Dr. Rich as my PCP but have to go to a new business on the account that the receptionist is intolerable….shame they will lose my bu$$iness
I’m not sure why there is so many negative comments, I never once was treated in the way the people were treated. Like I have always said, there are 3 sides to the truth and wow ain’t that the truth. I’ve been coming here for 13 years and …
If I could give this office zero stars, I would! The reception Cindy, was extremely rude when I came in for my appointment. She was extremely dismissive and when I asked to speak to someone else, she called the doctor and said “can you come …
I haven’t written any reviews for businesses before, but my experience here has been bad enough to be worth mentioning. The majority of my complaints involve interactions with the rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful staff that you talk to for …
stevie merck will authorize the use of expired medicine the office staff thinks she equal to an m.d. i will never use her again and have not . she on an ego trip with this phd in nursing
I’m actually the daughter of one of your patients. I’m writing on behalf of DR Fisher and his nurse who convinced my father (who is extremely stubborn) to get in an ambulance and go to the emergency room. From the bottom of my heart thank you, there should be more people in this field with hearts like yours.
Dr. Rich has been my provider for 20 years and it’s comforting to have a professional and caring Doc who listens and takes time with you. The office folks are kind and never have to wait to be seen once in the office. Everyone is on time.
Is Stevie Merck still giving out expired insulin pens ?
Excellent receptionist!!! Great people
Dr. Fisher and staff are great! Focused on overall health and wellness for their patients. Always treated with respect here.
