Everyone was very kind. The only issue that I had was the music. As this is a medical facility, it is highly inappropriate to have Christian music playing. While most patients may be Christian, some may not be and thus can be viewed as offensive. Please be mindful of all your patients and not just the ones you prefer.

Received fast and courteous service in a recent ER visit. Was there during shift change, both doctors kept me informed of pending Cat Scan status. I had to be admitted for a 24 hour stay. Staff on 6th floor as well as emergency room staff were excellent.

One of the nurses started yelling at 2 patients. Then she went back to her computer, and started cussing and complaining about the 2 patients she was just having an argument. It was AWFUL. I’m normally not the type to complain about stuff like this but that was unacceptable.

Whenever I went in for contractions, didn’t take long to get checked in and had someone from labor and delivery down right away when the lady realized I was in labor. Everyone was so patient and sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

The wait was a little long and even though the paper work and co-pay were done the night before electronically they did not have it already. The MRI staff is excellent and made that part of the experience very comfortable.

My husband received excellent care in the ER from Dr. Chipley and Nurse Nicole was excellent!! When he was admitted on 6th floor Tessa Carrol and everyone on that floor provided exceptional care. The only complaint we had was that during his three day stay, housekeeping never came in the room!
