I recently spoke with Tyler on the phone with a problem I was having ordering and recieving checks. This young man was not only very helpful but a pleasure to speak with. If you like banking from the 70s then this is your bank. Goodluck paying your auto loans with mailed or in person checks. No over the phone service. Nothing involving ach at all. Once you paid your interest and get out from being upside down repossession is the only option they offer.
