After hours can’t answer any questions or accept payment to avoid turning off water some people work the same hours (it must be a shocker to f.p.u.d.) then they will turn off water if you owe $90 you’ve got to be kidding me unfortunately have to deal with their b.s. because you have no other options 0 stars
Does anyone know who the water board reports to on the federal level? I feel they need an audit. My water bills make no sense it seems or appears that anyone who pays Fpud for water needs answers!
This Utility is a criminal organization, their usage and associated fees are nothing short of robbery. How can one person incur an average bill of $230 per month. I use minimal water, it’s all the other extortions that you’re bound too that kills you monthly.

Last month I didn’t have to water my avocado trees at all and received a bill for $178 for exactly zero gallons of water and a ton of silly fees.
