Horrible customer service. I work for a hospital and nearly everyone I have talked to at this company in the Provider Services department is rude and inpatient on the phone.
They had some low life company try to get me to sign up for SSI and wanted me to agree to give them 25 percent of what I would get for SSI. That is really scummy.
No accommodations for veterans … no support for veteran causes … not willing to even engage in a conversation regarding veteran issues … I still have personal issues since returning state side and made them known in advance only to be shut down and humiliated because of my veteran status
