Money is such a personal thing, and at FAST, that matters. You can call and have a conversation with an actual person who knows that you are also an actual person (and not just numbers).
How come there are always different employees? I’ve heard different excuses about the turnover rate but man its crazy! Also the online banking feature is ancient, needs an update badly.
Get with the program and make your app better. I can only SOMETIMES make my car payment using the app. Most of the time, I get an error message. Have your developers look at the Wells Fargo app and try to get it like that. We are literally refinancing both of our cars just to get out of this place.

This is a horrible company, although they claim to be Christian, fired my son because he was grieving the death of a close friend by suicide. Not very Christian people.
