  1. We have our personal account and our business account with FAFCU in Spring Hill and love them… you walk in the door and they know your name. Very Friendly and helpful!

  2. I have been a member here since 1997, and this place has gone straight downhill recently. Won’t answer phones, staff stands around talking while there are people waiting. I will be moving all of my accounts with them to another credit union.

  6. Not super friendly or helpful, slow to answer phone and return phone calls. This credit union does not offer typical customer service that I’ve experienced with other credit unions so I chose another one.

  7. The Spring Hill branch is awesome! Super great financing option on vehicles. Ultra fast loan approval. We wouldn’t bank anywhere else!

  8. I opened a savings account for my son to put his savings and learn about saving money… Bad idea, they charged him $10/month “dormant fee” for almost a year before I caught it. All in all, they stole over $100 from my 9 year old. Take your business elsewhere or beware of fees.

Good friendly staff and the renovated bldg looks great however the company should look into extending the canopy where the ATM is because during rain falls it gets pretty wet so doing a transactions can get a little frustrating.
