Even though I have insurance, I CHOOSE to see Dr. Ram out of pocket. He really cares about his patients, and takes the time to go over and explain everything.

I have been going to the Doctor’s of Green Valley fo a couple of years. About 18 months back the changed the way they do the billing leaving me on the hook for several thousand dollars when the insurance kicked it back. Almost six months after the fact I get back billed for thousands. Not a trustworthy or professional office.
Everyone is friendly and even though I had a long wait both the nurses and the doctor apologized for the long wait. While I did get cut off when talking to the doctor, I do feel like I was understood and got what I needed from the visit.

Saw Dr Ram, he subscribed medication for my symptoms! An hour later I got a positive covid result and called to see if the medication he gave me was still what I need! He only replies when he is in the office, which IS ONCE A WEEK! Not good enough DR Ram!
