The doctors and the doctors nurses are very helpful and caring but the other staff that is supposed to check messages and or relay messages to people’s doctor’s are not doing their jobs properly!!… My son shouldn’t have to wait 4 days and still get no return phone call about his asthma medication refills!!!!
If you want an office where a simple check up takes 2 hours, making a call takes 30 minutes minimum if not an hour, and nobody seems to care about you.. then this is the place to go! Otherwise, Id try somewhere else:)

While staff is very good I can’t give praise to Dr. Uzicanin. My elderly mother in her 80s was left go. No blood work done for over a year and a half. Took her to Urgent care & her thyroid levels were way off & her meds should have been adjusted & monitored. Glad he’s retiring.
