These people are a joke. First off they dont have very good coustmer service . Thank God i dont have to deal with these folks again! No communication what so ever rude azz people!!
They take the time to listen without rushing you out the door.
This was the worse doctor’s office I have ever been to. Dr Tam is rude and does not talk to you like you are a person and the staff is no better.
Now don’t get me wrong once you see the doctor all is good except you’re waiting 3 hours just to see them for about 15 minutes if you have an appointment you’ll be fine but walk-ins take forever
Been coming here for years! Without them, I wouldn’t be able to afford any type of care. ACA doesn’t help me or my husband and neither of us are covered by our employers.
I have always received great care here. The staff especially Stacy are very well mannered and truly care for us patients
I see Stacey and I just love her. Easy to talk to and makes you feel like your really a person. Never wait too long.
Dr. Tam is a gòod doctor,& they’ll see each person that comes in(Like 4 Drs. take turns,& they take about ANY insurance. Yes,its a long wait-U don’t need an appt.,so prepare. Never found ANY staff rude at all.
Make an appointment and then wait for 2 hours to be told you need to go see another doctor after the other doctor sent you here. Now I must make another appointment, thats 3 different co-pays out of pocket with our new Obamacare policies. Thx everyone who helped put this in affect.

I’ve been coming here for 30 years and the service and Staff have been fabulous. We have developed over the years a very family oriented relationship. Because of the way they have established their practice they are usually very busy. They prefer appointments, but you can walk in, but expect a longer wait before seeing someone.
