Worst experience ive ever had opened an account and had to wait 2 weeks to get a debit card then when i did get it i couldn’t use the thing. They are way behind time.
Really sad when a bank refuses to let you deposit $10 worth of loose change into your checking account. It’s a freaking bank and money is money. I have banked with this bank for many years and I’m now starting to think it’s time to make a change.
Been a customer with this bank for awhile. Tellers are wonderful but the loan officer I spoke with was less than helpful and decided to talk down to me when I had questions. Will be switching to another bank as soon as possible.
