Farm Credit should have got the same PR as Better.com for layoff employees over ZOOM. I see many similarities between these two companies. All the time they say we made huge profits, but layoff without any reason..
Horrible company. You want to change a company’s culture, it starts from the top, the Vice President of Reliability and Quality is a complete joke. Making a 16 year old girl cry because you want to act like a jerk is no good for anyone you put him in charge of. He represents your company…. Too bad.
