They do a good job…after hours tech support is off site…so not that great. But overall this a good company with good service

The house phone works great. The internet does not work more than it works. When it does work it is so slow that I feel like I’m back in the 1990’s with a dial-up connection.

zero stars they advertise service my mailers to my address but then say they cant service us false advertisement wouldnt suggest farmers they lie and falsely advertise their service
I am disappointed with the customer service I have been receiving. I inquired about getting internet out to my house 3-4 weeks ago. They never call me back like they say they will. I was needing internet a week ago and this has been very inconvenient for us that they do not follow through and get us a plan.
I’ve been with farmers for years, they never disappoint me on having wonderful customer service and also the internet speed is excellent!!! They treat the customers so wonderful and it’s been such a great experience thank you guys!
My experience lately has been horrible. Uncooperative, unwilling to help. Now they say they are no longer providing cellphone services but switching everything over to a program out of Glenns Ferry. I get no choice and would still be stuck with the early disconnect bill by backing out 3 months early.
So I’ve had FMTC for a little over a year now and I have to say I’m impressed with the speed and quality service from their representatives, wouldn’t want to be with any other service. Big thanks!! Keep doing a super job!!!!

We recently moved to Fruitland and needed a new internet provider. Tracy has been excellent and knowledgeable. We are using youtubeTV and streaming without any problems.
We just had high speed internet installed. The two installers were quick, knowledgeable and very courteous. Very pleased with the installation.
Member owned, you get what you pay for on internet speeds. Offers FO speed 1000mbps, but it’s a bit pricy for me. No caps on data, no throttling and steady reliable connection with heavy streaming and 3 devices online. FMTC has very knolegable and friendly staff!
