When it works its awesome but lacks consistency. We stream our tv so when its out we are left playing parchesi.

Internet does not connect, on the off chance it does, its constant buffering. Even hard wiring does not work. Won’t even load a Facebook page. When I called, I was told that it shows connection on their end. Wish I hadn’t got this service. Very disappointed.
My internet went away and the office promptly sent out a Tech to check it out. He was here in thirty minutes. The internet radio was full of ants. He changed that out and my internet is fine again. Thanx Marie and Matthew.

I was in the flood on 8-21-21 and lost internet service. It’s now 9-27-21 and we still have no internet but being charged for it. No one will answer any phones to answer any questions. We’ve been happy with them for the last 3.5 years and now this isn’t right.
Great local place for fiber optics! They’re even way out in the country! Friendly customer service too!!! Rated 4, because sometimes it’s really hard to get a hold of them. Though, I’ve noticed it seems as if they’re working on expanding, so they can up there customer service! All and all, I recommend if you live in Waverly!
Made a request for internet. Techs came out only to get mud on my new carpet and dirty hand prints on walls. Didn’t hook up internet as they had a unknown issue on their end.
Our internet company of 3yrs said it would be 2 months to switch addresses! Ltd was ther within a week! L8ve it it’s comparable to old compay!!!! I would tell everyone to switch!! Installer was very knowledgeable !
