If I could give it less then one stars I would. This place is crooked and the sad part is, everyone knows it. It’s ridiculous that a place you have to do business with can do business the way they do.
Internet service is terrible, I’ve had it for about a month and has gone out at least 4 times.

Not happy at all with this company wish we had other options. How does my utility bill double when nobody is home during this month and also what is a $98 fuel charge???? Equaling a $659.00 utility bill??
Very poor. The people are very rude every time I go in there no matter how nice I am. Expect them to be short with you from the start and don’t bother with eye contact (cause you won’t get any). I agree they should be shut down. This town really needs better.
Internet service is awful. We get about half the speed/bandwidth we pay for and lose internet service (for varying amounts of time) at least 4 days a week.
If you call at night about a cable or internet problem you can forget about them coming out to fix it . They say that they have a person on call but they put a work order in for it. Then why are they driving the trucks home that I put fuel in.
They have extremely nice people, but our internet goes out every weekend and some evenings. I am a college student and frequently have to drive to Hazel Green or Meridianville to get internet service to complete homework.
I disconnected my service in early November & still have not received my deposit refund. But I promise if your even $5 short on your bill they will suspend your services…

My fiber internet lines was damaged by a truck. FPU was out in 20 minutes and the line was fixed in a couple of hours.

The main reason for the poor rating is the internet. If you’re just getting gas and electric, FPU is just fine. The internet goes down a lot, and today I was told they’d “fix it in the morning”, which is really, really bad if you work from home. Very disappointed. Avoid this company as an ISP if you can.
