  7. Very poor. The people are very rude every time I go in there no matter how nice I am. Expect them to be short with you from the start and don’t bother with eye contact (cause you won’t get any). I agree they should be shut down. This town really needs better.

  8. Internet service is awful. We get about half the speed/bandwidth we pay for and lose internet service (for varying amounts of time) at least 4 days a week.

  9. If you call at night about a cable or internet problem you can forget about them coming out to fix it . They say that they have a person on call but they put a work order in for it. Then why are they driving the trucks home that I put fuel in.

  10. They have extremely nice people, but our internet goes out every weekend and some evenings. I am a college student and frequently have to drive to Hazel Green or Meridianville to get internet service to complete homework.

  14. The main reason for the poor rating is the internet. If you’re just getting gas and electric, FPU is just fine. The internet goes down a lot, and today I was told they’d “fix it in the morning”, which is really, really bad if you work from home. Very disappointed. Avoid this company as an ISP if you can.
