FCS was founded in 2012 as FC Sanitation. We are based out of Toccoa, GA and service all areas of Stephens, Franklin, Habersham and White Counties. FCS was based upon a simple premise—to provide an extraordinary level of service in the waste industry. I have a gigantic hole at the top of my driveway made by there trash truck. I have sent pictures to them showing the damage. It gets worse every week. No one has called me back as to when it will be fixed. Terrible customer service. No accountability.
Service is inconsistent at best, they leave trash, spill trash and tear up the area. On top of this they are raising prices…. No thanks
Never could get anyone to pay the bill so of course our service was canceled. Then we were sent a bill for 4 months we didn’t even have trash pick up We switched to waste resolutions.
Wr have been calling this company consistently for 2 weeks trying to establish new service. We are always told the person we need to speak with isn’t available and still have not been called back. I hope their trash pick up is more reliable than their office staff.

FCS comes up the long driveway to my cabin to empty the trash can. I keep a liner in the outside trash can and they always replace it with a new one. This makes it really easy since this is a vacation rental.
Digs in garbage, removed small microwave that I could have crushed with my foot and tossed in my yard. Trucks must be made of cardboard if something made of aluminum and glass will damage it.
Geeez what a joke this place is…first they don’t pick up everything, then they don’t show up on the days they tell you they will be there, then they don’t tell you follow up on ANYTHING EVER. YOU have to call always to remind them of what THEY committed too.
