I highly DO NOT recommend getting Lasik surgery here if you plan on joining the military. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to fullfill simple requests such as giving me documents from my surgery and appointments for a refraction/corneal topography.
Dr Elmer is great, but pack a lunch they are the slowest. Be prepared to wait at least two hours for a simple visit. I’m writing this from the waiting room…. that’s how bored I got. …

Operation went very well, however seeing 5 people before the doctor is overkill. Also, a co-pay following surgery should not be.
If you don’t mind spending 2 hours waiting then this place is for you. They will charge you $50 if you don’t cancel 24 hours in advance but don’t mind making you wait. Otherwise they are fine.
Use to be a very good place to go, now the appointments that are previously made are being cancelled because they no longer want to work later hours. I’m actually surprised they’ve lost their professionalism.
I have always just paid out-of-pocket for eye exams and glasses and the receptionist informed me that out-of-pocket was no longer permitted. Sounded bizarre.
