Fidelity was great at meeting us where we are and going from there. We want to understand the decisions we are making and they’ve been helping us do exactly that.
Constantly spams emails communications with agents have no interest in customers or their concerns about spam only whether or not you’re willing to purchase life insurance. do not do business with Fidelity life they are not genuine, nor legitimate.
I appreciate how reliable and down to earth our rep was…especially when talking through the different options…which can be stressful and confusing at times.
I only hope that when everyone in this company finds themselves in a situation of need they receive the same treatment which they give their customers.
