Rude! I had to come in to leave a check for a car payment that took 2 seconds to drop off. It took them longer to send it back through the drive through. Ridiculous policy to not allow payments there.
It use to be a great place to bank but now. You can’t even go inside they are behind a glass. So what’s the problem. Hell they more staff then most places. It’s getting very frustrating, they don’t give you the help you need over the phone so what do we do. Change bank i guess.
I have never had a problem with this credit union. I have always had a pleasant experience whether I have gone inside or drive thru. They have been most helpful in all situations.
I’m having a problem with a teller lady that was suppose to deposit fund on my members access card! Now mind you it also takes about 20/30 before I get an email cinfirmation! But so far it’s been 28 hours an still no money on my card! REALLY! ! I’ve never had a problem with this bank until NOW!
