Y’all do not ever be that busy that y’all never answer the phone EVERY last branch no one ever answers and then nobody returns calls when a voicemail is left
THIS PLACE SUCKS. I HAVE TRIED TO REACH THEM FOR A WEEK AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES WITH NO RETURN CALLS. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS BUT I DON’T THINK IT WAS A OPTION.
Would give it five stars hut most of times they’re so busy and/or down for maintenance when trying to access the automated service line especially when I need to the most and also there main office ☎# is busy or hangs up after 3 seconds a lot.
Horrible customer service. Don’t bother calling you’ll either be on hold for 20 to 30 minutes or rerouted through the automated system forever. When I finally did get someone on the phone they were very rude and didn’t even answer my question.
I have been a member for yrs and I wouldn’t change. Every problem I have had, the staff has been very helpful and resolved the problem immediately. The staff at the east branch are exceptional.
Very unprofessional & discriminate lender. Look toward larger and more secure lenders such as Forum Credit Union, or Indiana Members credit union if you are seriously looking for a bank.
I love my bank the people their are very friendly and are very helpful they always have a smile on their face and welcome you. I been with this bank for about 10 years.

Horrible. I’m switching credit unions today. They did a switch with their online banking. I never received notice that this would happen, since the switch I have not been able to access my account. I’ve called for 4 days sat on hold for literally an hour and forty minutes. This bank has caused me nothing but problems.

This Credit union is the best ,even thought they are hard to get on the phone, they always return my calls. The Branch Manager and employees I have dealt with were always willing to go the extra step to help and this is the only place that I know of that believes in a 2nd chances with loans and checking account forgiveness.

The online system seems to always go down pay weekend. Transactions take to long to post. Not as fast as a Chase bank, way more ancient.
