Worst customer service. They screw up so much. They can’t even provide proper service without lying or screwing up. I’d go to Fallon for another bank before dealing with such undesirables if I could they’d get zero stars
The Hawthorne Credit Union is so awesome to deal with. Everyone I have ever had to deal with has been nice and professional. There have been about 2 employees that go well above and beyond to help me daily with my accounts. No other bank would ever do what they do for me.

Its is what it is with this bank they say they service the community but they really don’t they don’t open until 10:00 a.m. and they close at 4:30 yes the drive-thru is open till 5:00 but come on most workers don’t get off here until 5:00 …
