I was calling to speak to the loan officer and I was put through quickly. The teller that answered the phone to direct my call was friendly and personable. Lynn the processor who spoke to me was very knowledgeable and sweet. Spectacular experience!

Worst bank I’ve ever been with, there is always a problem with them. System was down for weeks at one point, entered my money in someone else’s account, takes 3 days to deposit a check, fees on everything. I’m fed up.
