Cancel your service and they’ll send your cancelation notice to the nearest firestation trying to get you into trouble.

We have used First Alarm for many years and it’s been great! They are easy to work with and the security service is extremely reliable. The customer service department is also very good and they are very quick to respond if we need anything.
I’ve had such a terrible experience with this company, a lot of time wasted with customer service/accounting department for inaccurate billing. Had several problems with the alarms system not working properly. I was paying $52 per month in 2020. DO NOT recommend this company.
