The first time I was there and visited the inside of the location was because the ATM machine took my money and rebooted itself right after I put my car in and got approved for withdrawal. Of course the people there are very professional.
This bank has my blood boiling right now. I wouldn’t bank here again. Facebook is next. These people running this bank is breaking the law. I signed a no overdraft protection and they did it anyway.
I’m just an “in and out” type customer…they’ve never gave me a problem over anything as yet but have a poor review?? Clean,tidy, full of cash and a smiling crew…..don’t see anything wrong with that?????

I brought my son in on a Saturday at 11am to open an account, the lobby was locked up! They told me we could go across town to use the lobby features.

Been on the phone over an hour. No one picks up. Called for a loan, they can only do loans of $7500 apparently. My credit is perfect and my job is great yet they can only do a handout if $7500? Excuse you but if you do that then take the calculator off the app or mention you don’t give out full loans.
I have always had great service from the bank, any location. The phone assistance has been very good as well. Very friendly staff. Love the QUB. Thanks to all the staff.
This is the most difficult Bank to deal with. I have been requesting statements for accounts for days. Instead of the person on the hone handling it right their through email, they claim it must go through the back office. The back office …

This bank is not up to date with the rest of the world. Doesn’t connect to Apple Pay or Experian credit boost. I’ll be closing my account soon tho
