I don’t know how this bank has gotten 4.8 out of 5? I’m sure the loan department was not included in the 4.8 rating. How can you process a loan for 10 weeks, make those people jump through all those hoops, then pull the plug. In my opinion, a sense of decency is lacking at this bank. If I could rate no stars, I would.
Been banking here for almost 20 years. Will be closing my account this month. Service is now HORRIBLE. You can’t speak to a person period, there is always an excuse or you get voice messages. I will happily go to a bank that can answer the phone and treat you like a person and not a number!!
Love this bank have had an account here for 15 years very nice bankers and haven’t had any problems with my accounts any questions or if I needed help setting something up they are always more than happy to help I think this is a great bank

Worst bank ever. Cant receive instant deposit from cash app, nor are any deposit from atm made available if you needed it. No customer service available after 5. Holds your money. I will be closing this account first thing in the morning. This bank is useless. This bank is not updated on the banking process. I would avoid at all cost!!
