  4. Do NOT USE THIS BANK! They are terribly disorganized, and will rake you over the coals if you ever fall behind on a payment. They don’t tell you this until you try to pay off your loan and find out it’s tripled. Glorified loan sharks.

  14. I can never reach them via phone. Their lines always connect me to a line that rings and rings before saying the bank is closed during business hours. They’re not helpful and pass you along to other lines that do not answer or return your calls.
